It is said that the king in the story tale
จะใส่มงกุฎอันแสนสวยงาม
wore a very gorgeous crown.
แต่ว่าราชาของฉัน เวลาออกไปทำงาน
But, as for my king in his working times
มีเพียงหมวกเล็กๆ แค่หนึ่งใบ
he took only a tiny hat on his journey.
เขาบอกพระราชา มีแต่คนรับใช้
It is said that the king has plenty of servants.
จะไปไหนก็แสนจะสุขสบาย
Wherever he goes , he is seem joyful.
แต่ว่าราชาของฉัน
But, as for my king
ทรงเหนื่อยล้ามามากมาย
he was so exhausted with tasks.
ลำบากเพื่อเราคนไทยทุกๆ คน
He has sacrificed himself to every Thai people.
เขาบอกพระราชา นั่งอยู่บนบังลังก์
It is said that the king is sitting in the throne.
ใส่เสื้อคลุมหนัง บนยอดปราสาทเสียดฟ้า
He wears the leather jacket and stays in the very high castle.
แต่ว่าราชาของฉัน ทรงเดินอยู่บนผืนหญ้า
But, as for my king he walked on the grass.
เก้าอี้ของพระราชาคือพื้นดิน
Our king’s chair is just the ground.
เขาบอกพระราชา มาจากบนสวรรค์
It is said that the king comes from heaven.
ได้ฟังอย่างงั้น ฉันรู้มันคือความจริง
After listening , I know it is the truth.
เพราะว่าราชาของฉัน คือเทวดาเดินดิน
It is because that my king is the angle of the earth.
ไม่เหมือนที่เคยได้ยินจากนิทาน
It isn’t the same we heard from the tale.
ท่านสอนให้เราพอเพียง
He taught us to live sufficiently.
พากเพียรทำแต่ความดี
always keep to be the good.
ทรงสอนมาเจ็ดสิบปีไม่เคยเหนื่อย
He has taught us 70 years without tiredness.
แต่แล้วข้อความจากฟ้า
As far, we got the message
บอกว่าถึงเวลา
It is high time.
ท่านจะต้องทรงพักผ่อนแล้ว
He needs to get relaxation.
